SCHEDULING & PUNCTUALITY

Please arrive for your appointment on your scheduled appointment time, because unfortunately, late arrivals may not receive their service. If you are late past your service provider grace period you may have to reschedule your appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please communicate any cancellations in advance. (we understand things happen, as a courtesy please contact your service provider directly you can find all service provider info under our book online tab.)

REFUND POLICY:

NO REFUNDS.

CHILDREN / EXTRA GUESTS 

Our space is a quiet, unsupervised environment that is not appropriate for children and is a potential liability risk. Children that are not able to sit without being looked upon are not allowed.  If you are 15 and under then a parent or guardian may accompany you.

 

 

RETAIL PRODUCTS

There are no refunds or exchanges on any retail products.  All sales are final. No refunds on services.
