SCHEDULING & PUNCTUALITY

Please arrive for your appointment on your scheduled appointment time, because unfortunately, late arrivals may not receive their service. If you are late past your service provider grace period you may have to reschedule your appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please communicate any cancellations in advance. (we understand things happen, as a courtesy please contact your service provider directly.)

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you can at your convenience with our open availability at the bottom of your confirmation email before your appointment time. (You will have to call to reschedule or cancel after your appointment time has passed)

REFUND POLICY:
NO REFUNDS.

CHILDREN / EXTRA GUESTS
Our space is a quiet, unsupervised environment that is not appropriate for children and is a potential liability risk. Children that are not able to sit without being looked upon are not allowed. If you are 15 and under then a parent or guardian may accompany you.
RETAIL PRODUCTS
There are no refunds or exchanges on any retail products. All sales are final. No refunds on services.
